Asustor is Asus or knockoff

I always loved that Asus ROG styling. This will fit in perfect on my shelf.

Kinda looks portable enough for travel. Maybe could I run a wifi dongle off it? I grabbed one to test.

I am actually looking forward to reusing my old m.2 drives from my consoles for this. Seems like a perfect steam library device.

Can you run a noctua fan in that and if so which?

Any chance you can test raid speeds? the other reviews of this system seem to hit the same 90-100 speeds as you on single drive. I really need more performance than that.

The 12 bay has 10Gbe you should have tested that one instead.

Perfect for the restaurant, we need to replace our security cam storage and it needs to be compact and safer than HDDs. I grabbed 2 one for work and one for home.

is the rgb customizable?

Needs to be aluminum, i can see my kids knocking that off or playing with it.

Would wifi7 get any more performance or is it limited by the nas?

Wont the router heat the NAS or viceversa in that config?

Needs more RGB and a display, maybe some tempered glass.

Specs are pretty good for an office-like setting. Not completely sold on the replacing a laptop part.
